Subscriber Services

We provide subscribers with a multitude of services, including issuance of certificates of insurance, changes in building values and the provision of insurance identification cards for district vehicles.

Subscribers can request many of those services using forms on the NYSIR website. Following online submission and review, subscribers then receive certificates or vehicle ID cards in PDF format by return e-mail.
